6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours. Our courier quotes 2-5 days for delivery so please allow 7 days from ordering to receive your goods.
Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders. The buyer is responsible for paying these fees.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

7.2 Change of Mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel/return an order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

7.3 Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

8. Warranty

All goods are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Warranty claims are subject to the terms set out by the manufacturer and do not cover misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or the purchase of goods.
